Oral Presentation Guideline

  • Oral presentations of volunteered papers are 20 minutes including Q&A.
  • All presenters must bring their PowerPoint & PDF presentation on a USB memory one hour before their presentation to have it pre-loaded on the session computers. Individual presentations then begin with the click of a mouse.
  • All events are conducted in English

Poster Presentation Guideline

1. Poster Size and Orientation
  • Poster size: A1 Portrait (594 × 841 mm)
  • Please leave a 3 cm blank margin at the top of the poster for attachment to the flip chart board.
2. Formatting Recommendations
  • All posters must be prepared in English.
  • Use readable font sizes and maintain clear formatting throughout the poster.
  • Use high-resolution figures, graphs, and images to ensure visibility and print quality.
  • The poster should contain the following sections as appropriate:
    • Title
    • Author(s) and affiliation(s)
    • Introduction / Background / Objectives
    • Methods, Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgements and References (optional)
3. Poster Presentation Session
  • Date & Time: Day 2 (May 29), 15:45–17:00 during the Coffee Break
  • Presenters are required to be at their posters throughout the Poster Session.
4. Poster Installation and Dismantling
  • Installation Time: Day 2 (May 29), 08:00–14:00
  • Location: Hallway poster area (in front of Jamjuree 2 Room)
  • Poster layout, poster numbers, and mounting materials will be available at the Poster Help Desk.
  • Posters must be removed immediately after the Poster Session ends.
5. Best Poster Presentation Award
  • The award is open to all student presenters.
  • Posters will be evaluated by the conference committee during the Poster Session.
  • Judging will be considered finalized at the end of the session.
  • Poster Presentation Awards will be announced during the Closing Ceremony:
    • Platinum Award: 4,000 THB
    • Gold Award: 3,000 THB
    • Silver Award: 2,000 THB
    • Two Bronze Awards: 1,000 THB each

Best Poster Presentation Award Criteria

  • Clarity of submitted abstract
  • Importance of the work
  • Novelty of the work
  • Level of completion of the work
  • Uniqueness or originality of the research topic
  • Ability of the presenter to explain the work

The award is open to all student presenters.Poster Presentation Awards will be announced during the Closing Ceremony:

  • Platinum Award: 4,000 THB
  • Gold Award: 3,000 THB
  • Silver Award: 2,000 THB
  • Two Bronze Awards: 1,000 THB each

SUBMISSION

ABSTRACT

For the authors who don't expect any publication of the paper, you're welcome to submit the abstracts for presentation at the conference without publication. Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. It must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.

LENGTH AND PAPER FORMAT

Submitted papers should be written in English, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices. Ordinary length limits are 5–14 pages. For detailed paper format information, please download: Abstract Template

POSTER PRESENTATION SIZE

Poster size: A1 Portrait (594 × 841 mm)

SELF-CHECK BEFORE SUBMISSION

  • Please make sure that the paper is of interest to the conference.
  • Please check the spelling and formal style to avoid misspellings or syntactical errors.
  • Please make sure that English language of the paper should be of sufficient quality to be understood.
  • Please ensure that the layout conforms with the abstract/paper template of the conference.
  • Please make sure all individuals who have contributed substantially have been listed as authors.
  • Please ensure the version of the manuscript to be submitted has been agreed by all authors.
