Guideline for presentation
AREF-IC 2024 will take place as a face-to-face meeting, and all events will be held at the venue in Phang Nga, THAILAND. English is the official language of this conference. Authors who will deliver a presentation (Oral / Poster) will be asked to present their work in person.
Oral Presentation
We kindly request that you bring your own PC for your presentation. When it's time to present, approach the lectern and connect your PC using an HDMI connector.
Poster Presentation
Please refer to the schedule below to set up your poster at your assigned time. Stand in front of your poster during the discussion time to address any questions, and then remove your poster. Please note that presenters are responsible for removing their own posters by the assigned removal time. If the presenter does not complete this within the specified time frame, the poster will not be returned to the presenter.
